Use of the meeting space is subject to library policy and availability. All times for requested space must fall in the regular hours of library operation unless otherwise cleared with the library. The Library's current hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm and Friday-Saturday 10am-5pm. The meeting room(s) are not available on Sundays and Holidays.
Public meeting rooms are provided to bring together the resources of the library and the activities of the community in keeping with the Oldham County Public Library’s mission statement of meeting the educational, informational, and recreational needs of the residents of Oldham County. This service will be made available to the public served by the library on an equitable basis, regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of groups requesting their use, as per the Library Bill of Rights.
Organizations may not use Library facilities for purely social functions, fundraising, or commercial enterprises. An organization's use of the facilities does not imply the Library’s endorsement. The Library reserves the right to deny the use of Library facilities.

Two study rooms are available for booking. Bookings for the study rooms may be placed a week ahead of time; otherwise the rooms are first come, first served. The small rooms are for groups of no more than 4 people to meet or use for private study. If you would like to check immediate availability of the rooms, please call 502-222-9713 to speak with desk staff. Rooms are available only during the library's public hours. Time limits and other restrictions may apply.
