The group meets every other Saturday at 10am through zoom. All levels of experience are welcome! For our senior patrons ages 55+ join as we take a leisurely stroll through Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve! We'll talk about what books we're reading, shows or movies we're watching and what little critters we may encounter. Meet outside the Nature Center for a one mile walk at a slow pace. This new program aims to connect with our seniors, to offer a safe opportunity for folks to enjoy the beauty of the woods, and to create community amongst our patrons, nurturing a place where they can share stories and make friends. No sign up required!

Join us as we tackle some fun, eccentric craft projects inspired by pop culture on a Tuesday evening. All ages welcome, but geared more for folks aged 13 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Find a session and register by visiting our Events Calendar.

Have you ever wondered how people make art out of re-purposed books? You can learn how to transform an old book into something new just by folding it! First-time folders should always start with our Beginners class, which meets the first Friday of the month, 9:30am. Experienced folders meet on the third Friday of the month at 9:30am to create a new project and gather with other Page Folders. Both classes are held at the South Library, in-person.
